1. The programmers have taken the game right back to basics and worked back up from the bottom. The look and feel, of the game is more defined and less like a cartoon episode.
2. Rockstar have added a whole array of new and exciting characters to the mix and while you know you are playing GTA, the improvement on earlier versons is very noticeable.
3. As you drive through the streets of Liberty City and you hear a tune you like, simply pick up your in-play mobile phone and request the tune from Amazon. Within a matter of minutes you will have confirmation of your order from Amazon and the tune will be sent to you as a download.
4. Liberty City, aka New York City, has been total rebuilt and is now based firmly on New York City as it is today.
5. The return of the Rocket Launcher seen in earlier games – need we say more?
6. Fancy hotwiring a stolen car? Its not as easy as in earlier games and you will need to actually break the car window and the hotwire the car!
7. Once in side a car you can choose up to 5 different camera angles though which to experience your journey.
8. After criticism of the former shooting systems, with many fans claiming that the systems were not accurate, they have totally rebuilt the gun shooting coding and it is a million times better.
9. There are plans to release an online multi-player version which will see up to 16 players active at any one time!
10. IT IS THE BEST GAME TO HIT THE SHELVES THIS YEAR AND BETTER THAN ANY OF THE GTA VERSION BEFORE IT!
